Cookie Policy

Effective Date: 01 January, 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Cookie Policy explains how SALESVAULT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. (“SalesVault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you interact with our websitesalesvault.aiand our SaaS platform (app.salesvault.ai). This policy should be read alongside the SalesVault Privacy Policy, which provides further detail on how we process your personal information.

2. OUR "PRIVACY-BY-DESIGN" ARCHITECTURE

SalesVault employs a sophisticated tracking framework designed to balance data quality and data-driven optimization with absolute user privacy.

  • Google Consent Mode v2: We utilize Google Consent Mode to adjust how our tracking tags behave based on your specific consent status.
  • Cookieless / Anonymous Solution: For users who do not provide explicit consent for analytical storage, we employ a "Cookieless" tracking solution.
  • Non-Persistent Identifiers: Instead of storing a persistent clientID in a cookie on your device, our system generates a new, random, and non-persistent identifier for every unique session.
  • Zero Association: Unless you provide explicit consent, session-specific IDs are never associated with your identity or previous browsing history, rendering your interactions anonymous.

3. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

Depending on your jurisdiction and the preferences selected via our Consent Management Platform (CMP), we use the following categories of cookies:

4. GOOGLE ANALYTICS 4 (GA4) DISCLOSURE

4.1 Marketing & Acquisition (GA4)

Our platform uses GA4 to understand general user behavior and traffic patterns.

  • Consent Granted: GA4 collects data via first-party cookies.
  • Consent Declined: SalesVault automatically switches to Advanced Consent Mode, sending only "cookieless pings" for aggregate modeling.

4.2 Product Usage & Behavioral Insights (PostHog)

We use PostHog to analyze how specific features are utilized within our web and mobile apps.

  • Identity Resolution: PostHog allows us to merge anonymous history into a person profile only once you log in via Google OAuth. This helps us diagnose bugs and provide personalized technical support.
  • Session Replay: We may use session replays to identify UI friction. These are strictly for product debugging and are never shared for advertising.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS & TRACKING

Our Services integrate with third-party ecosystem partners which may use their own tracking technologies:

  • YouTube API Services: Our Video Enablement tools utilize YouTube API services. Interaction with video content constitutes agreement to the YouTube API Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Pexels API: The SalesVault Google Workspace Add-ons (specifically for Slides™ and Docs™) integrate with Pexels; imagery usage is subject to the Pexels.com Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party CRMs: While we sync with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper, Freshsales, Zoho etc.), SalesVault utilizes secure API access for two-way synchronization. Cookies are used to maintain session continuity between the SalesVault platform and integrated CRMs to facilitate user-initiated write-actions (e.g., attaching content files to CRM deals).

6. MANAGING YOUR PREFERENCES & US RIGHTS

You maintain full control over your tracking data:

  • Consent Management (CMP): Upon your first visit, you can "Accept All," "Reject All," or select granular preferences via our Consent Management Platform (CMP) banner.
  • Universal Opt-Out (GPC): We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser. If a GPC signal is detected, we will automatically opt you out of non-essential data processing.
  • No Sale or Sharing: SalesVault does not "sell" your personal information for money, nor do we "share" it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. All transfers are strictly "Functional Transfers" to provide the Services.
  • Browser Settings: Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies via "Privacy" or "Security" settings.

7. CONTACT AND UPDATES

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements.
