This Notice at Collection provides California residents and other US users with a transparent high-level summary of the personal information SALESVAULT TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. ("SalesVault") collects and how we utilize it across our unified sales, content, and buyer enablement platform.
1. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
To provide our modular SaaS ecosystem (including our web app, mobile apps, and downloadable software), we collect the following:
- Identifiers: Name, work email, title, and profile imagery via Google OAuth for account authentication.
- Commercial Information: Specific deal metrics, deal stages, and deal values extracted via two-way synchronization with integrated CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Copper, Freshsales, Zoho etc.). We utilize Write-Access solely to fulfill user-initiated requests to attach SalesVault content assets to CRM deals and opportunities. Deal metadata is processed separately to power our Analytics module.
- Internet/Network Activity: Interaction data captured via PostHog and GA4, as well as session-specific identifiers for anonymous tracking.
- Sensory Data: Video content, audio cues, and transcriptions processed through our Video Enablement modules and tools.
- Professional Information: Company offerings, industry verticals, and business contextual metadata identified via automated website parsing.
- Note on Sensitive Information: SalesVault does not knowingly collect or process "sensitive personal information" (e.g., precise geolocation, genetic data, or biometric identifiers).
2. BUSINESS PURPOSES FOR USE
We process your information to deliver high-value enablement outcomes, specifically:
- Core Functionality: To provide the unified SalesVault platform, including the Content Hub, Content Links, Sales Plays, Sales Proposals, Deal Rooms, Value Calculators and Video Enablement.
- AI-Powered Automation: To power "Content Management" (Content Hub and Vaults), "Content Delivery" (Content Links), "Content Activation" (Sales Plays), "Content Generation" (Sales Proposals / RFx management), "Buyer Justification" (Value Calculators), "Video Enablement" (Seller Messaging Videos, Interactive Demo Videos and AI Meeting Assistants) and business context understanding via the Google Gemini API in a siloed, transactional environment.
- Analytics & ROI Attribution: To provide automated attribution and revenue insights based on synced CRM data.
- Workflow Integration: To provide downloadable software (Mobile Apps, Chrome Extension and Google Workspace Add-ons for Gmail, Slides, Docs, Forms, Sheets, Chat, and Meet) and CRM integrations that facilitate tasks—including the ability to attach sales enablement assets directly to CRM records via user-initiated write-actions—and surface company expertise directly within the user's workflow.
- Security & Compliance: To maintain audit logs and security protocols on Google Cloud Platform (Secret Manager, Cloud Armor), to protect the SalesVault ecosystem.
3. YOUR RIGHTS & OPT-OUT OPTIONS
- No Sale or Sharing: SalesVault does not "sell" your personal information for monetary consideration or "share" it for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC): We recognize and honor GPC signals sent by your browser; detection of a GPC signal will automatically opt you out of non-essential data processing.
- Automated Decision-Making (ADMT): While we use AI to "suggest" and "automate," we do not use ADMT for significant legal decisions without human oversight.
- Direct Deletion: Individual users may permanently delete their own account at any time via platform settings.
- Data Retention: We retain data for the duration of an active subscription. Personal identifiers are purged within 30 days of account deletion, subject to legal and financial retention obligations (e.g., 7 years for billing records and 24 months for interaction analytics).
